 Usage Info

Add 5 scoops of ″Super  Whey″ ( approximately 175 grams) to 18 ounces (533 ml) of water or milk. Mix throroughly and serve. To encounter maximum muscle weight  gain  and enhance your exercise program, take one hour after after completion of your workout. On non-training days, take one serving between meals in the morning and another serving between meals in the evening . Each scoop weighes  35 grams with  a concenterated caloric value of 140 calories per serving. You may need to adjust the dose depending upon the duration, frequency and intensity of your workout program.

 

  • Drink plenty of water to excret  protein waste in body and avoide muscle cramp during exercise. Consumption of 7 ml is recommended per 1 gram of protein.
  • This product is not recommended for people who consume anti-pyrine and theophylline.
  • Adjust your consumption according to your sex, age, weight, height and consumption period.
  • Discontinue if signs of irritation appear.
