Athletes:

Consumption of 1-3 scoops per day is recommended for bodybuilders according to weight and height.Consume 1-2 scoop before and 1 scoop after your workout programs. On non training days, consumption of 0.5-1 scoops after lunch and 0.5-1 scoops in the afternoon is recommended. . In order to prevent muscle breakdown, consume 1-2 scoops every day for 2 weeks. For weekly competition, consume 1-2 scoops in maximum after competition. Please note that protein consumption is forbidden 3 hours before exercise.

Breast feeding:

Half to 1 scoop per day is recommended during the first year of lactation.
